What a fantastic evening for our final Proms Concert of the year at St Albans Church, Hull! We played our hearts out, and the audience responded in true Proms spirit — dancing, waving flags, and singing along. It was the perfect way to round off our concert season before we turn our attention to the magic of Christmas music. Thank you to everyone who joined us and made it such a joyful celebration!

Unfortunately on the 15th May, we lost another of our band family. Louise Cowton not only was a talented flautist but also a mum and wife. She will be greatly missed.
Yesterday, September 3rd, we said goodbye to our much loved fellow player Iain. It was an honour for us to play at your funeral.

Last Saturday, 13th July, saw us practicing music and being introduced to our singer Catherine. Catherine played Mother Superior in the production of Sound of Music in Scarborough and is looking forward to singing with the band at our proms concert at Burnby Hall on the 10th August.
