Another missing friend
Unfortunately on the 15th May, we lost another of our band family. Louise Cowton not only was a talented flautist but also a mum and wife. She will be greatly missed.
Goodbye Old Friend
Yesterday, September 3rd, we said goodbye to our much loved fellow player Iain. It was an honour for us to play at your funeral.
Back to Band
Band practice will recommence at Driffield Methodist Church on Wednesday 2nd February. If any new members wish to join us, please come along.

Due to the changes in the Covid Virus we have decided to break early for Christmas. Hope to see you in the new year.
Charity Fundraiser
We are pleased to share the success at our recent concert at the Scarborough YMCA in aid of St Catherine’s Hospice.
New Season
Looking forward to starting our new season playing in Scarborough in a few weeks time. Lots of new music as well as some old favourites. Why not come down to the Spa complex and enjoy the Vintage Fair at the same time.
Three countries tour
Wow, what a fantastic time the band had playing in Drielandenpunt, Haselt and Valkenburg. After a few minor hiccups with transport, the tour went down as one of the best we have played. Thanks go to Emily Ibson for doing a great job of organising it.

Happy New Year to all our avid followers! This year sees a new season of music, a few ‘oldies’ but lots of new music to keep your ear buds in the mood. Watch out for our new events coming up soon.
Proms Success
A fantastic evening was had by all on the 7th October at the Proms concert. People came from all over the country to see us as some had seen us at other events while visiting the area! Another successful night and so we move onto the Spectacular Christmas Event at Beverley Minster on December 16th.
