Minster Concert
What an ‘epic evening of entertainment’ as one person said regarding the concert at Beverley Minster. The evening was a huge success and we have already been asked back to play next year! The performance was recorded and so we look forward to the new year when we can hear the recording courtesy of Robert Ducker from Langlands Garden Centre.
Spa Concert
We are proud to be playing at the Spa in Bridlington on the 29th November.
Priory concert
The dignitaries turned out in force last night to listen to the band playing at Bridlington Priory. This austere building heard us play alongside ‘Versatility’, a local group who sang brilliantly. Well done to all those who attended.

News
Well after a fantastic performance again in front of a sell out audience, the Proms was a great success. The band would like to thank Becca for conducting and arranging the soloists. We are getting so popular that we may do two proms concerts next year. Bookings are now been taken for 2015 and filling up fast – make sure you book us for your special event.
Proms Concert
The band will make a return appearance at Driffield School on 27th September 2014, to present a special ‘proms’ concert. As well as playing our usual repertoire, the band will perform pieces associated with the ‘Final Night’ of the annual BBC Proms. Don’t forget your flags, this is one not to be missed.
Hymers & Little Weighton
After a panic, as our conductor Becca was taken ill, we played really well with our stand in Kate Johnson (trumpet). The sun shone down despite rain clouds threatening across Hull on Saturday, and althought there was heavy rain on Saturday night a lovely afternoon ensued at Little Weighton Steam Fair.
Beverley Memorial Hall
The Buckrose Concert Band will make a guest appearance with the Brampton Concert Band from Ontario, Canada on Wednesday 2nd July 2014. The concert will include music played by both bands together, which is guaranteed to lift the roof of the Memorial Hall! An event not to be missed.
